- compliance with third-party platform rules.
3. Fees
Any fees (if applicable) are success-based and discussed privately on a case-by-case basis. No upfront fees are charged unless explicitly agreed in advance for priority services. We charge only upon successful completion of a transaction.
4. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- verifying all information independently;
- ensuring you have full authority over any username you offer;
- complying with all applicable laws and third-party platform terms;
- conducting due diligence on any counterparty.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mononym, its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to the use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount of fees (if any) paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
